Questions.

Do I need to book, or can I just turn up?
Please book. Places are limited and the class is often full, so booking is the only way to know there is space for you. It takes a moment and you do not need an account.
Do I have to commit to a block of classes?
No. You book the nights that suit you, one at a time or several at once, and there is nothing to cancel if you cannot make the next one. There is no membership and no term to sign up to.
How do I pay?
Cash on the night, paid at the studio when you arrive. There is nothing to pay when you book and no card details are taken.
What if I cannot make a class I have booked?
Let us know and we will free the place up for somebody else. A message or a ring on 07754 596725 is all it takes — you have not paid anything, so there is nothing to refund.
Do I need to have done Pilates before?
No. The class is open to anyone aged 16 and over and you can work at your own pace. If you are new to it, or coming back to exercise after a while away, say so when you arrive and you will be looked after.
Where is the class held?
At our studio at the British Red Cross Building, Brumby Wood Lane, Scunthorpe DN17 1AB. There is parking on site.
